In the fast-paced world of aviation, every moment an aircraft sits on the ground can mean significant financial loss—especially during critical maintenance periods. That’s why S & T Aircraft is proud to offer our streamlined accessory and component exchange services, designed specifically to minimize downtime and keep you flying.
Our exchange units are freshly overhauled components kept in stock at our repair station, ready for immediate shipment—often the same day and to nearly any destination worldwide. The process is simple and hassle-free: just contact us to order the required exchange part, and we’ll ship it out without delay. You’ll then have 30 days to install the new unit, remove the unserviceable component, and return it to us.
Once we receive your returned core, it enters our overhaul process and is returned to stock—ready to support the next operator in need. It’s fast, efficient, and designed with your mission in mind.
We believe in transparency and fairness. Unlike many repair stations that charge the full outright price upfront then later refunding a partial “core credit”, S & T Aircraft does things differently. When you order an exchange unit from us, you’re only billed the cost of the overhaul. After we receive your core, we inspect it, and if no additional work beyond a standard overhaul is required, there are no additional charges. If additional parts are needed beyond the usual scope, we’ll bill you only for those specific items—nothing more. In short, your exchange costs the same as if we had overhauled your own unit from the start.
Our priority is your satisfaction and long-term trust—not collecting full replacement fees. We only charge the full outright cost if a core is never returned, helping us maintain our exchange inventory for future customers.
During peak times—especially throughout the ag season—our exchange inventory can move quickly. If we don’t have your unit in stock, don’t worry—we have options. Through our extensive network of distribution partners, we can help locate the part you need. And if all else fails, we offer rapid repair services to get your original unit back in service as quickly as possible.
