Parts and engineering drawing. As the global inventory of vintage aircraft components continues to diminish, S & T Aircraft remains steadfast in our commitment to preserving aviation history through innovation and precision. We proudly support the ongoing operation and maintenance of legacy aircraft by developing FAA-approved replacement parts that uphold the integrity, performance, and character of the originals.

Our mission is to engineer components that not only mirror the look and function of the original parts, but also take advantage of modern advancements in materials science, manufacturing techniques, and engineering standards. Whether restoring a classic warbird or maintaining a modern civil aircraft, we strive to honor the past while enhancing reliability for the future.

At S & T Aircraft, we are uniquely equipped to manufacture a wide array of parts under various FAA-approved pathways, including Parts Manufacturer Approvals (PMA), Repair Specifications (RS), and Supplemental Type Certificates (STC). From the simplest custom-machined fastener to highly complex aircraft accessories, our team has the knowledge, tooling, and certification to meet the most demanding requirements.

The majority of our parts are produced under 14 CFR Part 145 as Repair Specifications within our certified repair station. This allows us to manufacture high-quality components specifically for use during service and overhaul of customer-owned equipment, though these parts cannot be sold individually. In contrast, parts produced under a PMA can be offered for sale independently and installed by others.

Whether you’re in need of a hard-to-find component or a modern solution to an aging problem, S & T Aircraft is here to support the continued legacy of vintage aviation through unmatched craftsmanship, engineering excellence, and a deep respect for the aircraft that shaped our skies.
