Customer Service Representative

As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll play an essential role in the administrative side of our business. From managing communications to supporting order processing and shipping, you’ll be the backbone that keeps our office operating efficiently.
Responsibilities include:

• Answering and directing incoming calls and emails with professionalism.
• Processing customer orders and providing accurate service quotes.
• Coordinating shipments through UPS, FedEx and DHL.
• Maintaining inventory records and updating supply orders.
• Assisting with vendor communications and internal documentation.
• Providing general administrative support to the team as needed.

This is a great opportunity to build experience in the aviation industry while gaining exposure to a variety of office and operational tasks.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, attentive, and eager to contribute. While prior office experience is a plus, we provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for approximately 10% of the average work day.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
