Aircraft Maintenance – Entry Level Maintenance Technician

This isn’t your typical entry level role. As part of our trusted maintenance team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a high-performance aviation environment, helping our expert technicians keep aircraft components running safely and smoothly.

You will be working side-by-side with experienced aircraft mechanics to build your own experience. You get your hands dirty learning how to disassemble, clean and reassemble aircraft parts. You will gain exposure to the operations of a certified repair station with a global customer base.  You will assist in keeping the workspace efficient, organized and ready for inspections. You will learn to master the tools of the trade in a real-world aviation repair shop.

You don’t need prior aviation experience — just the right mindset. If you’re reliable, curious, and ready to learn, we’ll provide the tools and training to help you soar.

We’d love to meet you if you:

• Are comfortable using hand tools and working in a mechanical setting.

• Can follow detailed instructions and stay focused on the task at hand.

• Are not afraid to ask questions when you are unsure.

• Are fluent in English (written and verbal).

• Have strong basic math skills.

• Are willing to undergo DOT drug screening and a background check.
